Pre-School Swimming Lessons
Pre-School swimming lessons are for children aged 3 & 4 years old. These swimming lessons with the use of games and songs start children's independent journey to a lifelong love of water. Class sizes are a maximum of 1 teacher to 4 children.
Children's Swimming Lessons
Help your child learn a valuable life skill by enrolling on our swimming lessons. Watch their confidence soar as they develop a love for the water. Each of our lessons include a variety of skills including core aquatics skills, water safety and stroke development. Our children's swimming lessons are for all school age children.

Premium Swimming Lessons
Our premium swimming lessons help your child learn a valuable life skill in small class sizes of a maximum of 1 teacher to 6 swimmers. This allows maximum impact to aid their development. Watch their confidence soar as they develop a love for the water. Each of our lessons include a variety of skills including core aquatics skills, water safety and stroke development. Our children's swimming lessons are for all school age children.
Rookie Lifeguard Lessons
RLSS UK’s Rookie Lifeguard programme gives your child the skills they need to be confident in the pool or the sea – which means peace of mind for you. With colourful materials and fun, varied activities, the Rookie Lifeguard scheme teaches children how to enjoy water safely, whether in shallow or deeper water.
Teenage Swimming Lessons
Our teenage swimming lessons are aimed at secondary school aged participants. These lessons follow the same scheme as our children's programme but in classes and pool space more comfortable for the swimmers.
Diving Lessons
Our diving lessons offer children the opportunity to learn new, exciting sport specific diving skills. They will progress up to springboards and platforms to develop their diving skills, Any child can join once they can confidently swim a minimum of 25 metres in deep water.
Diving boards are also open on Sunday from 11.00 -12.00.
Adult Swimming Lessons
Our varied adult swimming lessons are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced swimmers who would just like some additional coaching to improve their technique. These lessons are for those aged 16 upwards with no upper age limit. Adults have very different needs to children when learning to swim – as an adult, you have different motivations and learn in different ways. Our adult swimming lessons take this into account, providing clear goals and targets.
School Swimming Lessons
Water safety is a vital life skill, which is why it is a mandatory part of the curriculum for PE at primary school.
The curriculum says pupils should be taught to perform safe self-rescue in different water-based situations.
