Pay Nothing Till July Offer Terms & Conditions
• The Promoter is Serco Leisure Ltd, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ
• The “Pay Nothing ‘til July” offer is available to new members until Sunday 30th June 2024, but may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice.
• The “Pay Nothing ‘til July” offer is available on 12-Month Minimum Term Contracted Direct Debit Memberships and Rolling Direct Debit Memberships.
• If using the “Pay Nothing ‘til July” offer with 12-month contracted Direct Debit membership agreement, a customer’s membership will consist of 1 free month (June 2024) followed directly 12 monthly direct debit payments (July 2024 – July 2025).
• If using the “Pay Nothing ‘til July” offer with a rolling Direct Debit membership agreement, a customer’s membership will consist of 1 free month (June 2024) and will follow directly with monthly direct debit payments until the customer chooses to cancel the membership.
• Members who join using the “Pay Nothing ‘til July” offer on a 12-month contracted Direct Debit membership agreement will make their first payment on 1st July 2024. The following monthly payments will be made by the member on the first day of each month until, and including, 1st July 2025.
• “Members who join using the “Pay Nothing ‘til July” offer on a rolling Direct Debit membership agreement will make their first payment on 1st July 2024, and on the first date of each month thereafter, unless they advise us otherwise.
• No admin or slider fees will apply when joining via the “Pay Nothing ‘til July” promotion, ensuring no payments are made until 1st July 2024.
• Minimum age restrictions apply, see centre Terms and Conditions of Membership for full details.
• Only one membership can be purchased per person.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
• No alternative offers are available as part of the “Pay Nothing ‘til July” promotion.
• Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s membership at any point with a justified reason.
