FITIN30 FITIN30 is a 30 minute small group training circuits based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio - Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.

Tuesday 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Circuits Led by a qualified instructor, participants perform a series of exercises using, skipping ropes, steps and Body weight to improve both lower and upper body weight to improve both lower and upper body strength, agility abdominal strength and flexibilty.

Tuesday 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM
Aqua Fit A Refreshing alternative to traditional aerobics, with minimal impact. The class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using natural resistance of the water.

Core Blast Try our new and exciting class!! Battle Blast!! High intensity circuit based class using kettle bells and battle ropes...come down and give it a try!!
