Come down and take a look around, try a range of activities and meet our fantastic team - they'll be on hand to answer all of your questions. Plus, we’ll have exclusive offers available across the weekend! 

Don't worry, you don't need to be a member of our leisure centre, or have visited us before to get involved over our Big Open Weekend. The best part, you can bring the family along, a friend, or just pop down on your own.

Free Gym Use

Saturday & Sunday

Step inside our gym, and say hello to our fantastic fitness team. Whether you're a fitness newbie or returning after a break, our Big Open Weekend is all about letting you have a go. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the gym, they'll help you hope onto the equipment and make sure you feel fully comfortable in our gym. 

Plus, you'll get complimentary access to our Boditrax on the day, this will give you instant insights to your body composition and our team will help you understand your results so you can set personalised goals that work for you. It's a quick and easy way to kick-start your fitness motivation.

Pop down with family, friends or on your own, everyone's welcome. 

Virtual Indoor Cycling Classes

Hop into one of our virtual Indoor Cycling classes this Big Open Weekend and let the good times roll. The on-screen instructors will guide you through energising rides, packed with music, motivation and that feel-good push you didn't know you needed. Whether you're a cycling newbie or a Tour of Britain hopeful, these classes are for you. No pressure, no judgement, just a friendly space to sweat, laugh and pedal your way to a great mood.

Swimming Sessions

Dive into some splash-tastic fun at our Big Open Weekend with taster swimming lessons for the budding future Olympian or just pop in for some splashing-good family fun in the pool. 

Taster Swimming Lessons

Do you have a little splasher who is curious about swimming lessons, or a duckling ready to take their first splash? Our taster swimming lessons are the perfect chance to dive in. 

Our friendly teachers will help build confidence and try new skills in a fun, stress-free environment.

Free Football Taster Sessions

Watch your little ones' develop their basic football skills in our Free Football Trial sessions. Your little ones' will learn the basic football skills, such as shooting, dribbling and passing. 

Sessions running Saturday only for 4-6 year olds 8.30am-9.30am, 7-9 year olds 9.30am-10.30am and 10-12 year olds 10.30am-11.30am 

Please bring indoor shoes and a drink. Parents are welcome to wait in the Sports Hall while the class takes place.

Swimming For All Our Swimming for all sessions are suitable for anyone and everyone, whether you wish to swim lengths, socialise or spend fun quality time in the water with family and friends. Please note that the slide and waves are not open during these sessions.

Family Fun Swim Splash Session is a splashing good time with all areas of the pool open with floats and balls included in the pool. The waves will also be in use. Please Note that the slide will be OPEN' for this session.
