FITIN45 is a 45 minute small group training circuits based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio - Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.
