Les Mills Core Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. "All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus, there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.

1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

Swimming For All Our Swimming for all sessions are suitable for anyone and everyone, whether you wish to swim lengths, socialise or spend fun quality time in the water with family and friends. Please note that the slide and waves are not open during these sessions.

Baby & Toddler Fun Swim Social session with fun equipment (Small floats & Balls) for adults to introduce their children to the water for the first time. The slide will be open during this session. Some fun children's music will also be played during the session to make it more fun for young visitors.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Thursday from 1pm until 3pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
