Aqua Fit Aqua Fit is a fun, low-impact workout in the water, combining aerobics and strength exercises for a full-body workout that everyone can enjoy.

Virtual Sprint A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Pilates Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

GLP-1 Get Going A tailored one-to-one session for individuals using GLP-1 weight loss medications. Work with a qualified trainer to manage side effects, train safely, and protect lean muscle mass while building a sustainable routine that supports long-term results

Baby & Toddler Fun Swim Baby and Toddler Fun Swims will include all areas of the pool open, small floats and balls in the pool however the slide and waves will not be available.Come and join our social session for adults to introduce their children to the water for the first time. Some fun children's music will also be played during the session to make it more fun for young visitors.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Thursday from 1pm until 3pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
