The benefits of saunas and steam rooms have been proven for years. They're a perfect way to relax and recover after a workout, while ensuring your mind gets that much-needed escape from the daily grind, helping you feel more energised and positive to face the day.

The Health Suite area comprises of a relaxation area with lounge furniture and underfloor heating as well as a dedicated shower area and both a sauna and a steam room.

5.30pm - 9.30pm (Monday to Thursday, closes at 8.30pm Friday)
