Indoor Cycling Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. Not only is it great for your cardiovascular fitness, but it’s also great at toning your muscles and gaining strength. Indoor cycling will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and your core. The biggest plus is its low impact on your joints.

Yoga Unite your breath with your body offering a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion. Calm your mind, feel alive and revived.

FITIN30 FITIN30 is a 30 minute small group training circuits based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio - Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.

Women Only Lane Swim Sessions suitable for adults 16 years + wishing to swim for fitness or leisure. Lanes will be available to suit different speeds and abilities.

Women Only Leisure Swim Women only sessions are suitable for teenagers (14+) to adults to engage in fitness and socialisation while having a leisurely swim. Please be aware male Lifeguards and staff are on duty during these sessions
