Pilates Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Women Only Swimming Women only sessions are suitable for teenagers (14+) to adults to engage in fitness and socialisation while having a leisurely swim.

Lane Swimming Sessions suitable for adults 16 years + wishing to swim for fitness or leisure. Lanes will be available to suit different speeds and abilities.
