Free Swimming Taster Lessons

Our high-quality swimming lessons will teach your child a skill for life and a love for the water. Join us on our Big Splash Weekend for free taster swimming lessons.

Virtual Grit A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

Women Only Swimming Women only sessions are suitable for teenagers (16+) to adults to engage in fitness and socialisation while having a leisurely swim. We are unable to guarantee that there will be all female Life Guards in attendance for the sessions, male Life Guards may also be present.
