Superstars Holiday Club
Arts & Crafts, Swimming (for over 8's), Team Sport Challenges and games. A supervised fun packed day making friends, learning new skills and keeping active.
Please bring a packed lunch, drink and snacks.

Splash Sessions will be running throughout the school holidays. Splash Sessions are a fantastic family activity; the flume will be open, floats and balls will be provided for your swim. Music will also be played on the poolside!

Sound Bath (Dry)
Soothe your mind and body through gentle breath work, guided meditations and a balancing Sound Bath using beautiful quartz crystal bowls.
Allow the harmonic, healing sound waves to guide you into complete relaxation; letting go of the weeks' tension, stress and worries. Tune into yourself to find emotional balance and peace of mind.
This class is suitable for complete beginners through to experienced meditators.
limited yoga mats available, please bring your own if you have one. For your added comfort please bring along a cushion and blanket.
