Indoor Cycling Indoor cycling is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike to music. It combines cardio and endurance training in a 45-minute calorie-crunching session. Not only is it great for your cardiovascular fitness, but it’s also great at toning your muscles and gaining strength. Indoor cycling will target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and your core. The biggest plus is its low impact on your joints.

The moves target your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. They also improve your balance, coordination, agility and is a great way to improve your cardiovascular endurance.

Pilates Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Hatha Yoga A yoga class described as 'Hatha' will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques, practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than perhaps a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. Hatha yoga is about finding balance.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 7am until 9am for swimming and from 12pm until 2pm for the gym.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
