Join us for our PT taster sessions, where you can experience personalised training and kickstart your fitness journey with expert guidance.

Gym Floor Classes

Gym Tours
We will have Gym Tours from 10am to 2pm where you can be shown around the gym and given a full induction into all of our amazing equipment.
No booking required.
Free Gymnastics Taster Sessions
Available on Sunday
Our Gymnastics programmes build agility, balance and coordination using various pieces of equipment including bars, beams and vaults with qualified instructors. These free taster sessions are a fantastic introduction to gymnastics lessons.
